दोनों पक्षों ने 'नोमैडिक एलिफैंट' नामक संयुक्त सैन्य अभ्यास को जारी रखने, पारिस्थितिकीय मूल्यांकन के विशेषज्ञ मंगोलियाई कार्मिकों के प्रशिक्षण, पर्यावरण संरक्षण से संबंधित सॉफ्टवेयर के विकास एवं डाटा प्रसंस्करण तथा श्रम सांख्यिकी, श्रम बल विश्लेषण एवं दलाली जैसे क्षेत्रों में सहयोग की संभावना पर विचार किया।

4. It is said that the local nomads are so dedicated to Buddhism that opposite to their tents they allocate space to keep symbolic statue images of the Rinpoche, usually the Dalai Lama, along with the seven offering cups, in perfect harmony with their own folk (nomadic) religious deities and spirits.

ऐसा कहा जाता है कि स्थानीय खानाबदोश बौद्ध धर्म को समर्पित होते हैं कि उनके तंबू के विपरीत वे रिनपोछे, आमतौर पर दलाई लामा की प्रतीकात्मक मूर्ति छवियों को रखने के लिए जगह आवंटित करते हैं, सात भेंट कप के साथ, अपने स्वयं के लोक (खानाबदोश ) धार्मिक देवताओं और आत्माओं।
