1. The despatch of mortal remains of Shri Mallick was also facilitated so as to reach Bhubaneshwar on 16th May, 2012.

श्री मलिक के पार्थिव शरीर को भेजने की सुविधा प्रदान की गई थी, ताकि वह 16 मई, 2012 तक भुवनेशवर पहुंच जाए।

(c) & (d) For the purpose of bringing back the mortal remains of an Indian national, registration of death at the concerned Indian Mission/Post is necessary, for which some documents are required such as, medical report/death certificate issued from a hospital, copy of detailed police report in case of accidental or unnatural death and a consent letter from next of kin of the deceased for local cremation/burial/transportation of mortal remains.

(ग) और (घ) किसी भारतीय नागरिक के पार्थिव शरीर को भारत लाने के प्रयोजनार्थ संबंधित भारतीय मिशन/केंद्र में मृत्युि का पंजीकरण करवाना अनिवार्य है, जिसके लिए कुछ दस्तातवेज अपेक्षित हैं, जैसे अस्पतताल से जारी मेडिकल रिपोर्ट/मृत्युा प्रमाण पत्र, दुर्घटनावश अथवा अस्वाषभाविक मृत्युस के मामले में विस्तृेत पुलिस रिपोर्ट की एक प्रति और स्था नीय दाह संस्कािर/दफनाने/ पार्थिव शरीर को भारत लाने के लिए मृतक के परिजन से एक सहमति पत्र।

5. Whether it is on loss of their passports, need for legal advice, medical assistance, shelter, or even transportation of mortal remains to India, I have directed all Indian embassies to be proactive to address problems of Indian nationals abroad.

चाहे उनका पासपोर्ट गुम होने की बात हो, कानूनी सलाह, चिकित्सा सहायता, आश्रय, या यहां तक कि नश्वर शरीर को भारत परिवहित करने की बात हो, मैंने सभी भारतीय दूतावासों को विदेश में भारतीय नागरिकों की समस्याओं का समाधान तीव्रता से करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

6. The Indian Mission in Singapore has rendered full assistance to Indian nationals by expediting early repatriation of mortal remains of the deceased Indian national, providing consular access, facilitating legal counsel to other Indian Nationals charged by Singapore Authorities and stepping up its outreach programme to the Indian Community to assure them about their welfare and well being.

सिंगापुर स्थित भारतीय दूतावास ने भारतीय नागरिकों को पूर्ण सहायता उपलब्ध कराई है जिनमें मारे गए भारतीय नागरिकों के मृत शरीर को शीघ्र स्वदेश भेजना, कोंसुली सेवा उपलब्ध कराना, सिंगापुर प्राधिकारियों द्वारा आरोपित अन्य भारतीय नागरिकों को कानूनी परामर्श उपलब्ध कराना तथा भारतीय समुदाय के कल्याण तथा भलाई सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अपने आउटरीच कार्यक्रम में तेजी लाना शामिल है।
