24. The Indian side welcomed the Italian initiative to share their experience in the area of urban rehabilitation, advanced technology solutions in the area of energy management (from smart grids to electric mobility networks), affordable housing and waste management.

भारतीय पक्ष ने शहरी पुनर्वासन ऊर्जा प्रबंधन के क्षेत्र में प्रगत प्रौद्योगिकी समाधानों, किफायती आवासन और अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन के क्षेत्रों में उनके अनुभवों को साझा करने के इतालवी पहलकदमों का स्वागत किया।

26. We have to address the problems of inter-regional disparity and specifically, urban-rural disparity, revival of the agriculture sector, limited availability of land, and the lack of mobility of those employed in agriculture to productive jobs in industry.

28. The Russian Academia has been getting more and more actively involved in the programme of academic mobility launched by the Government of India and called the Global Initiative for Academics Network, the large number of applications from Russian professors being its proof.

रूस एकेडेमिया भारत सरकार द्वारा शुरू अकादमिक गतिशीलता कार्यक्रम में अधिक से अधिक सक्रियता से शामिल हो रहा है और उसने वैश्विक अकादमिक नेटवर्क पहल का आह्वान किया। पक्षों ने इस पहल के अंतर्गत सहयोग को आगे ले जाने पर सहमति जताई।

29. The required interventions for this purpose include: creation of vocational skills on mission mode, improving significantly the health, nutritional and sanitation status of the poor, de-bottlenecking labour market to facilitate labour mobility and absorption as well as focused programs on women empowerment and entitlement.

30. Affirming the importance of cooperation in the field of education, the two Prime Ministers welcomed the numerous projects in collaborative research, student mobility and exchange of faculty between higher educational institutions of Belgium and India. They looked forward to further strengthening of the academic engagement between institutions on both sides.

शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में सहयोग के महत्व को स्वीकार करते हुए, दोनों प्रधानमंत्रियों ने बेल्जियम और भारत के उच्चतर शैक्षणिक संस्थानों के बीच सहयोगात्मक अनुसंधान, छात्र गतिशीलता और फैकल्टी के आदान प्रदान के लिए अनेक परियोजनाओं का स्वागत किया उन्होंने दोनों ओर से संस्थानों के बीच अकादमिक संपर्क को और अधिक मजबूत करने की इच्छा जताई।

31. From our perspective, our priorities of this G20 Summit are going to be, the cross-border mobility of professionals, particularly in services, the reduction in remittance costs from overseas Indians, poverty eradication, moderation in consumption and more sustainable lifestyles and improved technology access particularly for renewable and post-harvest agriculture activities.

हमारे दृष्टिकोण से इस जी -20 शिखर सम्मेलन की हमारी प्राथमिकताएं पेशेवरों की सीमा पार से गतिशील, विशेष रूप से सेवाओं में, प्रवासी भारतीयों से प्रेषण की लागत में कमी, गरीबी उन्मूलन, खपत में कमी और विशेष रूप से अक्षय और फसल कटाई के बाद कृषि गतिविधियों के लिए अधिक स्थायी जीवन शैली और बेहतर प्रौद्योगिकी की पहुँच, होंगी।

32. (a) & (b) The Government is aware that in addition to several measures taken by the United States that have adversely affected the mobility of skilled professionals from India to the United States, there is also a growing protectionist tendency against the development of international supply chain in the services industry.

(क) एवं (ख) सरकार को इस बात की जानकारी है कि भारत से अमरीका में कुशल व्यावसायिकों के आवागमन पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डालने के संदर्भ में अमरीकी सरकार द्वारा कई उपाय किए गए हैं, और इसके अलावा सेवा उद्योग में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय आपूर्ति चक्र के विरुद्ध संरक्षणवाद की बढ़ती प्रवृत्ति भी बढ़ रही है।

33. Letter of Intent between IOCL and Phinergy Ltd. For cooperation in the area of metal-air batteries Shri Sanjiv Singh, Chairman, IOCL Mr. Daniel Carmon, Ambassador of Israel to India This envisages to encourage joint R&D, deployment and manufacturing activities in the area of metal-air batteries for an array of applications, as stationary energy storage systems, electric mobility solutions etc.

मेटल-एयर बैट्रियों के क्षेत्र में सहयोग के लिए आईओसीएल तथा फिनेर्जी लिमिटेड के बीच आशय-पत्र श्री संजीव सिंह, अध्यक्ष आईओसीएल श्री डेनियल कैमरून, भारत में इजराइल के राजदूत इसमें अनुप्रयोग के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में जैसे स्थिर ऊर्जा भंडारण प्रणालियां विद्युत संचलन सोल्यूशंस आदि के लिए मेटल-एयर बैट्रियों के क्षेत्र में संयुक्त अनुसंधान एवं विकास, संस्थापना और विनिर्माण क्रियाकलापों को प्रोत्साहित करने की परिकल्पना की गई है।
