62. The jurisdiction of NFRA for investigation of Chartered Accountants and their firms under section 132 of the Act would extend to listed companies and large unlisted public companies, the thresholds for which shall be prescribed in the Rules.

अधिनियम की धारा 132 के अंतर्गत सनदी लेखाकारों और उनकी फर्मों की जांच करने के लिए एनएफआरए का कार्यक्षेत्र सूचीबद्ध कंपनियों तथा वृहद गैर-सूचीबद्ध कंपनियों को कार्य क्षेत्र में लाना है, जोकि नियमों में निर्धारित अपेक्षा के अयोग्य है।

70. But the jurisdiction of High Court under Articles 226 and 227 and Supreme Court under Article 136 of the Constitution is not affected and the aggrieved party can approach the High Court and the Supreme Court in appropriate cases .
