2. The atlas moth is the largest of the Indian moths .

भारतीय शलभों में एटलस शलभ सबसे बडा है .

3. The latter is reddish coloured , with yellow and blue spots on the abdomen and a marking on the thorax , which has a fanciful resemblance to the conventional skull - and - crossed - bone sign ( hence the name death ' s - head moth ) .

इसके वक्ष पर एक निशान होता है जो काल्पनिक रूप से परंपरागत खोपडी और क्रास हड्डी वाले चिह्न से मिलता जुलता है और इसीलिए इसका नाम मृत्युशीर्षी शलभ पड गया .
