80. (iii). where one sharing entity has spectrum acquired through auction or liberalized spectrum and the other has spectrum allotted administratively, sharing shall be permitted only after spectrum charges for liberalizing the administratively allocated spectrum are paid.

3). ऐसे मामले में जहां स्पैक्ट्रम साझा करने वाली एक कम्पनी ने नीलामी के जरिए या उदार स्पैक्ट्रम से स्पैक्ट्रम प्राप्त किया है और दूसरी कम्पनी को प्रशासनिक रूप से स्पैक्ट्रम आवंटित हुआ है वहां प्रशासनिक रूप से आवंटित स्पैक्ट्रम के उदारीकरण के लिए स्पैक्ट्रम शुल्क का भुगतान करने के बाद ही स्पैक्ट्रम साझा करने की अनुमति दी जाएगी।
