रूस एकेडेमिया भारत सरकार द्वारा शुरू अकादमिक गतिशीलता कार्यक्रम में अधिक से अधिक सक्रियता से शामिल हो रहा है और उसने वैश्विक अकादमिक नेटवर्क पहल का आह्वान किया। पक्षों ने इस पहल के अंतर्गत सहयोग को आगे ले जाने पर सहमति जताई।
