क) परमाणु हथियारों आदि से संबंधित दुर्घटनाओं का जोखिम कम करने से संबंधित समझौता, ख) अनजाने में सीमा रेखा पार करने वालों की शीघ्र वापसी, ग) समुद्र में दुर्घटना निवारण ।

3. They agreed to expedite the liberalisation of the visa regime and the agreements on reducing the risk of accidents relating to nuclear weapons, speedy return of inadvertent line crossers and prevention of incidents at sea.

वीजा व्यवस्था को उदार बनाने तथा नाभिकीय हथियारों से सबंधित दुर्घटनाओं का जोखिम कम करने पर करार के संबंध में शीघ्रता किए जाने, अनजाने में नियंत्रण रेखा पार करने वालों की जल्दी वापसी और समुद्र संबंधी घटनाओं की रोकथाम पर भी सहमति हुई ।
