The delegations reiterated the importance of increasing the share of renewable sources in the global energy mix, and expressed interest in strengthening cooperation in the areas of biomass, hydropower, solar and wind energy technologies in addition to the ongoing initiatives within the IBSA framework.

प्रतिनिधि मंडलों ने वैश्विक ऊर्जा वितरण में नवीकरणीय स्रोतों की हिस्सेदारी बढ़ाने के महत्व को दोहराया तथा इब्सा रूपरेखा के अंदर चल रही पहलों के अलावा बायोमास, जल विद्युत, सौर एवं पवन ऊर्जा प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्रों में सहयोग सुदृढ़ करने में रूचि व्यक्त की।
