यह भी सुझाव दिया गया कि किसान सभी की तरफ से भूमि आंदोलन शुरू किया जाये . अगर कोई ताकतवर किसान सभा होती है , तब उसने दूसरे का इंतजार किये बिना ही यह आंदोलन छेड दिया होता . . . .
