इस सिद्धांत के अनुसरण में संयुक्त वक्तव्य के जरिए अमरीका जैसे विकसित देशों से सम्पूर्ण अर्थव्यवस्था में उत्सर्जन में कमी लाने की वचनबद्धता व्यक्त की गई है जबकि विकासशील देश प्रशमन से जुड़ी सिर्फ उन्हीं कार्रवाइयों को अंजाम देंगे जो विशेष स्वरूप की होंगी। अर्थात भारत की नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा योजना या वानिकीकरण से संबंधित इसके लक्ष्य।

57. * The Ministers reaffirmed that the process and outcome of the Durban Platform for Enhanced Action (ADP) must be in full accordance with all the principles, provisions and structure of the Convention, in particular the principles of equity and common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities.

* मंत्रियों ने फिर से इस बात की पुष्टि की कि संवर्धित कार्यवाही के लिए डरबन मंच (ए डी पी) की प्रक्रिया और परिणाम कन्वेंशन के सभी सिद्धांतों, प्रावधानों और संरचना की पूर्ण अनुरूपता में होने चाहिए, विशेष रूप से निष्पक्षता के सिद्धांतों और सामान्य किंतु विभेदीकृत जिम्मेदारियों और क्षमताओं की अनुरूपता में।

58. Noting that increased mobility of capital and technology have created new opportunities for avoiding tax and profit shifting, the Prime Minister said he urged every jurisdiction, especially tax havens, to provide information for tax purposes in accordance with treaty obligations.

पूंजी और प्रौद्योगिकी जुटाने में वृद्धि से कर वंचन और लाभ कमाने के नए अवसर पैदा होने का उल्लेख करते हुए प्रधानमंत्री ने संधि के दायित्वों के अनुरूप कर उद्देश्यों के लिए सूचना उपलब्ध कराने के लिए खासतौर से कर वंचना के अनुकूल क्षेत्रों को न्याय के कठघरे में लाने का अनुरोध किया।

59. (c) & (d) The cost of deployment of personnel, including basic allowances for the troops and police personnel as well as the cost of contingent owned equipment is reimbursed by the UN at rates fixed by it and in accordance with relevant agreements signed by Member States with the UN.

(ग) एवं (घ) सैन्य टुकड़ी और पुलिस कार्मिकों के लिए मूल भत्तों सहित कार्मिकों की तैनाती लागत तथा आकस्मिकता के लिए प्रयोजनार्थ उपस्कर की लागत की प्रतिपूर्ति यूएन द्वारा इसकी निर्धारित दर के हिसाब से तथा यूएन के साथ सदस्य देशों द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित संगत करारों के अनुरूप की जाती है।

62. They agreed that freedom of navigation in the East Sea/South China Sea should not be impeded and called the parties concerned to exercise restraint, avoid threat or use of force and resolve disputes through peaceful means in accordance with universally recognized principles of international law, including the UNCLOS.

वे इस बात पर सहमत थे कि पूर्वी सागर / दक्षिण चीन सागर में नौवहन की आजादी में कोई बाधा नहीं आनी चाहिए तथा उन्होंने संबंधित पक्षों से संयम बरतने, बल प्रयोग की धमकी देने या बल प्रयोग करने से परहेज करने तथा यू एन सी एल ओ एस समेत अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कानून के सार्वभौमिक रूप से स्वीकृत सिद्धांतों के अनुसरण में शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से विवादों का समाधान करने का आह्वान किया।

63. 64. * We urge the international community to address the challenge of climate change through long term cooperative action in accordance with the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and its Kyoto Protocol, especially the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities.

65. India undertakes that the reactor facilities and nuclear fuel supplied by Russia shall remain under the IAEA safeguards during the entire period of their actual use in accordance with the agreement on safeguards, which shall be concluded between the Republic of India and the IAEA.

भारत वादा करता है कि रूस द्वारा आपूर्त रिएक्टर सुविधाएं और परमाणु ईंधन, रक्षोपाय समझौते जो भारत गणराज्य और आईएईए के बीच किया जाएगा, के अनुसार वास्तविक प्रयोग की संपूर्ण अवधि में आईएईए रक्षोपायों के तहत रहेगा ।

Freedom of navigation in international waters including the South China Sea, the right of passage and over-flight, unimpeded commerce and access to resources in accordance with the principles of international law including the 1982 UN Convention on the Law of the Sea are issues of concern to all of us.

समुद्र के कानून पर 1982 के संयुक्त राष्ट्र अभिसमय सहित अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कानून के सिद्धांतों के अनुसरण में दक्षिण चीन सागर सहित अंतर्राष्ट्रीय जल क्षेत्रों में नौवहन की आजादी, मार्ग एवं ओवर फ्लाइट का अधिकार तथा संसाधनों तक पहुंच हम सभी के लिए सरोकार के मुद्दे हैं।

The two leaders also affirmed that the Copenhagen outcome must be comprehensive and cover mitigation, adaptation, finance and technology, and in accordance with the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities, it should reflect emission reduction targets of developed countries and nationally appropriate mitigation actions of developing countries.

दोनों नेताओं ने इस बात की भी पुष्टि की कि कोपेनहेगन का परिणाम निश्चित रूप से व्यापक होना चाहिए और साझे परन्तु भिन्न दायित्वों एवं अलग-अलग क्षमताओं के सिद्धांत के अनुसार इसमें प्रशमन, अनुकूलन, वित्त एवं प्रौद्योगिकी को भी शामिल किया जाना चाहिए। इसमें विकसित देशों के उत्सर्जन, न्यूनीकरण लक्ष्यों एवं विकासशील देशों के लिए राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर उपयुक्त प्रशमन कार्रवाइयों को भी स्थान दिया जाना चाहिए।

The Ministers stressed that in accordance with the Convention principle of differentiation, the commitments of the developed countries to be included in the INDCs should be quantified economy-wide emission reduction targets for mitigation and provision of finance, technology development and transfer as well as capacity building support to developing countries for their mitigation and adaptation actions.

72. The functions of the Committee are to examine the reports and accounts of the public undertakings specified in the Rules of Procedure and the reports of the Comptroller and Auditor - General thereon , if any , and to examine , in the context of the autonomy and efficiency of the public undertakings , whether the affairs of the public undertakings are being managed in accordance with sound business principles and prudent commercial practices .

The extant three - storeyed brick structure of Sundaravaradaperumal over its stone adhishthana is unique again in having all the three storeys functional with the cellas dedicated to the standing , seated and reclining forms of Vishnu , while the abutting smaller shrines on the three sides of its two lower talas south , west and north , contain the six other principal forms of VishnuSatya , Achyuta , Anirudha , Naranarayana , Narasimha , and Varshathus incorporating the nine forms or navamurtis in accordance with the Vaikhanasa Agama .

Cooperate for conservation and sustainable use of marine resources in the Indian and Pacific Oceans in accordance with international law, notably the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) and address threats to these resources including illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing, loss of coastal ecosystems and the adverse impacts of pollution, ocean acidification, marine debris, and invasive species on the marine environment.
