8. In pursuance of this cooperation, the Government of India has agreed to consider the request of the Mongolian side for financial assistance for the construction of a school building in Ulaanbaatar for the India-Mongolia Joint School after the Mongolian side makes a specific proposal.

इस सहयोग के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार ने मंगोलियाई पक्ष द्वारा विशिष्ट प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत किए जाने के उपरान्त भारत मंगोलिया संयुक्त स्कूल के लिए उलानबातर में एक स्कूल भवन के निर्माण हेतु वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान किए जाने के मंगोलियाई पक्ष के अनुरोध पर विचार करने पर सहमति व्यक्त की है।

Under a scheme set-up by Ministry to assist such aggrieved Indian women, legal and financial assistance has been provided to nearly 87 Indian women if the husband resides in 13 countries (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Iraq, Singapore, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates).

मंत्रालय द्वारा इस प्रकार की पीड़ित महिलाओं को सहायता उपलब्ध कराने के लिए प्रारंभ की गई योजना के तहत, 13 देशों (यूएसए, यूके, कनाडा, ऑस्ट्रेलिया, न्यूज़ीलैंड, मलेशिया, कुवैत, बहरीन, इराक, सिंगापुर, क़तर, सऊदी अरब तथा संयुक्त अरब अमीरात) में रहने वाले पतियों के मामले में लगभग 87 भारतीय महिलाओं को कानूनी तथा वित्तीय सहायता उपलब्ध कराई गयी है।

10. Tamil was to be introduced as the medium of instruction in all colleges and as the "language of administration" within five years, the Central Government was urged to end the special status accorded to Hindi in the Constitution and "treat all languages equally", and was urged to provide financial assistance for development of all languages mentioned in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution.

(c) Of 3328 complaints received, 3268 were addressed by way of providing them counseling, guidance and information about procedures, mechanisms for serving judicial summons on the overseas Indian husband; filing a case in India, issuing Look Out Circulars; impounding and revocation of Indian passport of the husband; getting access to lawyers and NGOs empanelled with Indian Missions etc. and legal and financial assistance under ICWF.

(ग) प्राप्त 3328 शिकायतों में से 3268 मामलों में पत्नियों को और उनके प्रवासी भारतीय पतियों को न्यायिक समन भेजने की प्रक्रियाओं व प्रणालियों की जानकारी देने; भारत में मुकदमा दर्ज कराने; लुक आउट परिपत्र जारी करने की मांग करने, पतियों के भारतीय पासपोर्ट जब्त करके उन्हें निरस्त करने; भारतीय मिशनों में पेनलबद्ध वकीलों तथा एनजीओ की सहायता प्राप्त करने तथा आईसीडब्ल्यूएफ के अंतर्गत दी जाने वाली कानूनी व वित्तीय सहायता के बारे में परामर्श, मार्गदर्शन और सूचनाएं देकर उनका समाधान किया गया।
