3. The Ministers affirmed that the INDCs would include all pillars of the Durban Platform - mitigation, adaptation, finance, technology development and transfer and capacity-building.

मंत्रियों ने इस बात की पुष्टि की कि डरबन मंच के सभी स्तंभों को शामिल किया जाएगा - शमन, अनुकूलन, वित्त, प्रौद्योगिकी विकास और हस्तांतरण तथा क्षमता निर्माण।

4. In this regard, they highlighted that the document being prepared by the ADP co-chairs should be concise, including all core elements of the Durban mandate.

5. Ministers underscored the need for the Paris Agreement to address in a balanced manner all six elements identified in the Durban mandate – mitigation, adaptation, finance, capacity-building, technology development and transfer, transparency of action and support.

सभी मंत्रियों ने डरबन अधिदेश में अभिचिन्हित सभी छह घटकों पर संतुलित ढंग से ध्यान देने के लिए पेरिस करार की आवश्यकता को रेखांकित किया – उपशमन, अनुकूलन, वित्त पोषण, क्षमता निर्माण, प्रौद्योगिकी विकास एवं अंतरण, कार्रवाई एवं सहायता में पारदर्शिता।

6. Ministers reaffirmed that the process and outcome of the Durban Platform for Enhanced Action (ADP) should be guided by and be in full accordance with all principles and provisions of the UNFCCC.

सभी मंत्रियों ने इस बात की फिर से पुष्टि की कि अधिक कार्रवाई के लिए डरबन प्लेटफार्म (ए डी पी) की प्रक्रिया एवं परिणाम यू एन एफ सी सी सी के सभी सिद्धांतों एवं प्रावधानों द्वारा मार्गदर्शित होने चाहिए तथा पूरी तरह इसके अनुसरण में होने चाहिए।

7. The leaders reaffirmed their commitment to work towards a successful outcome in Paris in 2015 of the work of the Ad-hoc Working Group on the Durban Platform under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.

दोनों नेताओं ने जलवायु परिवर्तन पर यूएन रूपरेखा अभिसमय के तहत डरबन प्लेटफार्म पर तदर्थ कार्य समूह के कार्य के 2015 में पेरिस में सफल परिणाम की दिशा में काम करने के लिए अपनी प्रतिबद्धता की फिर से पुष्टि की।

8. They also affirmed their commitment to address climate change at the multilateral level, including through the work of the Ad hoc Working Group on Durban Platform for Enhanced Actions under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.

उन्होंने जलवायु परिवर्तन से संबद्ध संयुक्त राष्ट्र रूपरेखा अभिसमय के अंतर्गत संबंधित कार्रवाई के लिए डरबन मंच से संबद्ध तदर्थ कार्यदल के कार्यों तथा अन्य कार्यकलापों के जरिए बहुपक्षीय स्तर पर जलवायु परिवर्तन की समस्या का समाधान करने की अपनी प्रतिबद्धता दोहराई।

9. * The Ministers reaffirmed that the process and outcome of the Durban Platform for Enhanced Action (ADP) must be in full accordance with all the principles, provisions and structure of the Convention, in particular the principles of equity and common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities.
