1. * A Sub-Divisional Magistrate/First Class Judicial Magistrate/Additional DM/District Magistrate in the area where the applicant resides;

2. c) A Sub-Divisional Magistrate/First Class Judicial Magistrate/Additional DM/District Magistrate of the District of residence of the applicant;

(ग) आवेदन के निवास के जिले के सब-डिवीजनल मजिस्ट्रेट/प्रथम श्रेणी न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट /अतिरिक्त डी एम/िजलाधीश

3. In addition, the list will include, inter alia, Sub-Divisional Magistrates, First Class Judicial Magistrates, officers of the level of Major and above in the Armed Forces and SHOs and Tehsildars of the concerned areas.

इसके अतिरिक्त, इस सूची में उप प्रभागीय मजिस्ट्रेट, प्रथम श्रेणी के न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट, सशस्त्र बलों में मेजर और उच्च स्तर के अधिकारी, थानाध्यक्ष और संबंधित क्षेत्र के तहसीलदार भी इस सूची में शामिल होंगे ।
