54. The State Governments, in such territories may by notification specify such pecuniary value of commercial disputes to be adjudicated at the district level, which shall ‘not be less than three lakhs rupees and not more than the pecuniary jurisdiction of the district court.

ऐसे क्षेत्रों में राज्य सरकारें अधिसूचना के जरिये जिला स्तर पर निर्णय दिये जाने वाले व्यावसायिक विवादों के आर्थिक मूल्य निर्दिष्ट कर सकती हैं, जो तीन लाख रुपये से कम और जिला अदालत के धन संबंधी मूल्य से अधिक नहीं हो।

Final Appeal to Supreme Court Any person aggrieved by any order made by Bar Council of India can within sixty days file an appeal to the Supreme Court of India and the Supreme Court , after hearing both the parties , can pass such order including varying of the punishment awarded by the Disciplinary Committee of Bar Council of India .

उच्चतम न्यायालय में अंतिम अपील बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया के किसी आदेश से व्यथित व्यक्ति उस आदेश की तारीख से साठ दिन के भीतर भारत के उच्चतम न्यायालय में अपील फाइल कर सकता है . उच्चतम न्यायालय , दोनों पक्षों को सुनने के बाद , जैसा उचित समझे , आदेश दे सकता है जिसमें बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया की अनुशासन समिति द्वारा दिए गए दंड में फेरबदल करना सम्मिलित है .

Unless their jurisdiction is curtailed or abrogated by any special law , the civil courts are the forum for deciding any and every kind of civil dispute between individuals , between individuals and public authorities , whether of the Government of India or of the state governments , or any other authority constituted or created by any law .

62. (c) Under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations the members of the family of a diplomatic agent forming part of his household shall enjoy the privileges and immunities enumerated in the relevant provisions and clauses, inclusive of personal inviolability of a diplomatic agent, absolute immunity from criminal jurisdiction of the receiving state etc. as set out in the Convention.
