घुसपैठिये एयर टास्किंग ऑर्डर सिस्टम्स डेटा जैसी वर्गीकृत फाइलें प्राप्त करने में सक्षम हुए औए इसके अलावा नॅशनल एयरोनॉटिक्स एंड स्पेस एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन के गोडार्ड स्पेस फ्लाइट सेंटर, राइट पैटर्सन एयर फोर्स बेस, कुछ रक्षा ठेकेदारों और अन्य निजी क्षेत्र की संस्थाओं के नेटवर्क में घुसपैठ की और यह सब एक विश्वसनीय रोम केन्द्र उपयोगकर्ता के रूप में किया गया।

59. (c) In the consideration of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), 2017 by the US House of Representatives, an amendment proposed by a bipartisan group of Congressmen seeking, inter alia, to recognize India as a major defence partner of the US, and to enhance India-US defence cooperation in co-production and co-development, was adopted.

(ग) अमरीकी हाउस आफ रिप्रेजेंटेटिव द्वारा राष्ट्रीय रक्षा प्राधिकरण अधिनियम (एन डी ए ए), 2017 पर विचार किए जाते समय कांग्रेस मेन के एक द्विदलीय समूह द्वारा प्रस्तावित एक संशोधन को स्वीकार किया गया, जिसमें अन्य बातों के साथ-साथ, भारत को अमरीका का एक प्रमुख रक्षा साझेदार के रूप में मान्यता देने और रक्षा उपकरणों के सहउत्पादन तथा सहविकास में भारत-अमरीका रक्षा सहयोग को बढाने की मांग की गई है।

60. We do more military exercises with India than with any other country in the world, but how do we take this partnership to a new level so that it’s not just going to be defense acquisitions but really a way of framing how we see challenges and how we want to be able to respond together to address these challenges.

हम भारत के साथ दुनिया में किसी भी अन्य देश के मुकाबले ज्यादा युद्धाभ्यास करते हैं, पर हम इस साझीदारी को कैसे एक नए स्तर पर ले जाएं कि यह रक्षा सौदे तक ही सीमित नहीं रहे बल्कि वास्तव यह दिखाने का जरिया बने कि हम चुनौतियों को किस रूप में देखते हैं और कैसे हम इन चुनौतियों का मिलकर सामना करना चाहते हैं।
