1. Civil nuclear projects in India will naturally be subject to Indian law, including civil liability.

भारत में असैन्य परमाणु परियोजनाएं स्वाभाविक रूप से भारतीय कानून के अधीन होंगी, जिसमें सिविल बाध्यता भी शामिल है।

2. The pool provides coverage for operator’s liability under the Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage Act, 2010 (CLND).

यह पूल परमाणु क्षति के लिए नागरिक देयता अधिनियम, 2010 (सी एल एन डी) के तहत ऑपरेटर के दायित्व को कवरेज प्रदान करता है।

3. (c) whether the Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage (CLND) Act allows India joining any international nuclear liability regime such as CSC; and

(ग) क्या सिविल लाइबिलिटी फॉर न्यूक्लियर डैमेज एक्ट भारत को सीएससी जैसे किसी अंतर्राष्ट्रीय न्यूक्लियर लाइबिलिटी रिजीम में शामिल होने की अनुमति देता है; और

4. Since then, the Administrative Arrangement for implementing the agreement has been signed and the India Nuclear Insurance Pool set up to implement the understanding on civil nuclear liability, which has addressed international and domestic concerns on India’s Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage Act of 2010.

इसके पश्चात, इस समझौते को कार्यान्वित करने के लिए प्रशासनिक प्रबंध पर हस्ताक्षर किये जा चुके हैं और भारत का परमाणु बीमा पूल असैन्य परमाणु दायित्व पर समझौते को कार्यान्वित करने के लिए गठित किया गया है, जिसने 2010 के परमाणु क्षति अधिनियम के लिए भारत के असैन्य दायित्व पर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय और घरेलु चिंताओं का समाधान किया है।

5. With regard to the nuclear issues, I think we will place before the Parliament the rules and regulations arising out of the Nuclear Civil Liability Act. And it is only then that we will know whether what is there in these rules and regulations is acceptable to the Americans or not.

जहां तक परमाणु मुद्दों का संबंध है, हम परमाणु असैन्य जिम्मेदारी अधिनियम से उत्पन्न नियमों एवं विनियमों को संसद के समक्ष रखेंगे और इसके बाद ही हम जान पाएंगे कि क्या इन नियमों एवं विनियमों में जो है वह अमरीका को स्वीकार्य है या नहीं।
