74. (c) & (d) For the purpose of bringing back the mortal remains of an Indian national, registration of death at the concerned Indian Mission/Post is necessary, for which some documents are required such as, medical report/death certificate issued from a hospital, copy of detailed police report in case of accidental or unnatural death and a consent letter from next of kin of the deceased for local cremation/burial/transportation of mortal remains.

(ग) और (घ) किसी भारतीय नागरिक के पार्थिव शरीर को भारत लाने के प्रयोजनार्थ संबंधित भारतीय मिशन/केंद्र में मृत्युि का पंजीकरण करवाना अनिवार्य है, जिसके लिए कुछ दस्तातवेज अपेक्षित हैं, जैसे अस्पतताल से जारी मेडिकल रिपोर्ट/मृत्युा प्रमाण पत्र, दुर्घटनावश अथवा अस्वाषभाविक मृत्युस के मामले में विस्तृेत पुलिस रिपोर्ट की एक प्रति और स्था नीय दाह संस्कािर/दफनाने/ पार्थिव शरीर को भारत लाने के लिए मृतक के परिजन से एक सहमति पत्र।

A matter of urgent public importance , however , can be brought before the House through an adjournment motion by interrupting the regular business if the Speaker agrees to do so.2 The basic object of bringing an adjournment motion is to draw the attention of the House to a recent matter of urgent public importance haying serious consequences , and in regard to which moving a motion or resolution with proper notice will be too late .

Certainly the very outstanding examples you have mentioned would be a long-term direction but if one were looking for a model of what the Forum is trying to achieve, I would like to say with a degree of modesty because we are just starting but if we see the way in which certain other fora like the World Economic Forum in Davos has contributed through its own deliberations, non-official, to inputs into official agencies, into official channels, into official fora, in the same way this forum could contribute by bringing people together, the people from diverse disciplines from outside Government, from business, from think tanks, from academia, from media, from civil society at large, to assist you might say the Governments and the officials in the process of developing a common vision.
