1. The Committee , on its own initiative , may recommend to the government to bring forward any particular subject for discussion in the House and recommend allocation of time for such discussion .

समिति अपने आप भी सरकार से सिफारिश कर सकती है कि किसी विशेष विषय को सदन में चर्चा के लिए लिया जाय और ऐसी चर्चा के लिए समय नियत कर सकती है .
