भारतीय पक्ष ने आशा व्यक्त की कि आगामी महीनों में लाइबेरिया की ऋण रेटिंग में सुधार आने के साथ ही लाइबेरिया अपने यहां परियोजनाएं चलाने के लिए भारत द्वारा प्रस्तावित रियायती ऋण पत्रों को स्वीकार करने की स्थिति में आ जाएगा।
