6. A substantial amount of funds was committed for capacity building in Africa at the IAFS and almost half the allocation is being channelled through AU-led decisions and a similar amount is committed to the bilateral and regional tiers.

पूर्ण भागीदारी और सम्मान की झलक मिली। आईएएफएस में अफ्रीका में क्षमता निर्माण के लिए पर्याप्त धनराशि की वचनबद्धता व्यक्त की गई और इनमें से आधे से अधिक धनराशि के उपयोग की वचनबद्धता अफ्रीकी संघ द्वारा लिए गए निर्णयों के कार्यान्वयन के लिए और लगभग इतनी ही राशि की वचनबद्धता द्विपक्षीय एवं क्षेत्रीय स्तरों पर किए जाने वाले कार्यों के लिए व्यक्त की गई है।
