1. Adi Sankara wanted to establish through dialogue and debate with the highest authority on ritualism and that rituals were not necessary for attaining Mukti, while Mandana Mishra wanted to prove that Sankara was wrong in dismissing rituals.

आदि शंकराचार्य कर्मकांडों के ऊपर चर्चा और बहस के माध्यम से यह स्थापित करना चाहते थे कि मुक्ति प्राप्त करने के लिए ये कर्मकांड आवश्यक नहीं हैं जबकि मंडण मिश्रा यह सिद्ध करना चाहते थे कि कर्मकांडों को नकारने में शंकर गलत हैं।

2. (b) holding of office by the Chairperson and Members of the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) for a period of 3 years from assumption of charge or until attaining the age of 65 years or until further orders whichever is earlier;

(ख) तीन वर्षों के लिए लोक उद्यम चयन बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष और सदस्य का पद प्रभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से या 65 वर्ष की आयु पूरी होने या अगले आदेश तक जो भी पहले हो।

3. The NE has adopted the principle of effective interpretation which gives full effect to the rights and obligations provided by the Treaty, taking into account its object and purpose set out in the Preamble which is "attaining the most complete and satisfactory utilization of the waters of the Indus System of rivers”.
