69. This agreement is consistent with India’s position that the issue should be resolved diplomatically on the basis of recognition of Iran’s right to peaceful uses of nuclear energy and in accordance with Iran’s international obligations as a non-nuclear weapon state.

यह करार भारत के इस दृष्टिकोण से संगत है कि इस मुद्दे को ईरान के परमाणु ऊर्जा के शांतिपूर्ण प्रयोगों के अधिकार की मान्यता के आधार पर तथा गैर परमाणु हथियार राज्य के रूप में ईरान की अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाध्यताओं के अनुसरण में राजनयिक ढंग से हल किया जाना चाहिए।

70. The proposed changes to the US Atomic Energy Act will end a technology-denial regime imposed on India in the wake of its 1974 nuclear test; mark an abrupt shift in US counter-proliferation policy; and open the door to a wide range of commercial opportunities.

अमरीकी परमाणु ऊर्जा अधिनियम में प्रस्तावित परिवर्तनों से 1974 के परमाणु परीक्षण के बाद भारत पर लगे प्रौद्योगिकी प्रतिबंध समाप्त हो जाएंगे; अमरीकी परमाणु अप्रसार नीति में आकस्मिक परिवर्तन होंगे; और विभिन्न वाणिज्यिक अवसरों का मार्ग खुलेगा ।

71. The Heads of the IAEA, the United Nations and INTERPOL addressed the leaders, and this animated the conversation on the contribution of five institutions - the United Nations, the International Atomic Energy Agency, the INTERPOL and then two partnerships, the Global Initiative to Combat Nuclear Terrorism and the G8 Global Partnership.

अंतर्राष्ट्रीय परमाणु ऊर्जा एजेंसी (आईएईए) के प्रमुख, संयुक्त राष्ट्र और इंटरपोल नेताओं को संबोधित करेंगे, और यह पांच संस्थानों के योगदान पर बातचीत को अनुप्राणित करेंगे — संयुक्त राष्ट्र, अंतर्राष्ट्रीय परमाणु ऊर्जा एजेंसी, इंटरपोल और फिर दो भागीदार, परमाणु आतंकवाद का मुकाबला करने के लिए वैश्विक पहल और जी-8 के वैश्विक भागीदार।

72. Member States are to prevent proliferation-sensitive specialised teaching or training of Iranian nationals, and also exercise vigilance regarding the entry into or transit through their territories of individuals engaged in or providing support for Iran's proliferation sensitive nuclear activities or for the development of nuclear weapon delivery systems.

सदस्य राज्यों को ईरानी राष्ट्रिकों को प्रसार-संवेदन विशेषज्ञ शिक्षण अथवा प्रशिक्षण देने से निषेध करता है और साथ ही ईरान के प्रसार संवेदन नाभिकीय कार्यकलापों अथवा नाभिकीय हथियार डिलीवरी प्रणाली के विकास के लिए सहायता देने वाले अथवा लगे व्यक्तियों को अपने भूभाग में प्रवेश करने अथवा होकर पार करने पर भी सतर्कता बरतेगा ।

73. * We welcome the entry into force in July 2009, of the Africa Nuclear Weapon-Free Zone Treaty (the Pelindaba Treaty) of 1995 and the efforts towards the operationalisation of the African Commission on Nuclear Energy (ACNE) in November 2010, which, among others, will promote the peaceful application of nuclear energy and technology within Member States.

* हम वर्ष 1995 की अफ्रीका परमाणु शस्त्र मुक्त क्षेत्र संधि (पेलिनडावा संधि) को जुलाई, 2009 में लागू किए जाने और नवंबर, 2010 में परमाणु ऊर्जा से संबद्ध अफ्रीकी आयोग द्वारा कार्य आंरभ किए जाने का स्वागत करते हैं जिसके फलस्वरूप सदस्य देशों के बीच परमाणु ऊर्जा और प्रौद्योगिकी के शांतिपूर्ण अनुप्रयोग को बढ़ावा मिल सकेगा।
