* दोनों पक्षों ने इस बात पर अपनी सहमति व्यक्त की कि श्रीलंका में सशस्त्र संघर्ष की समाप्ति से सभी अनसुलझे मुद्दों का समाधान समझबूझ और पारस्परिक सामंजस्य के साथ करने का ऐतिहासिक अवसर प्राप्त हुआ है और राजनैतिक दूरदर्शिता का यही तकाजा है कि सही मायने में राष्ट्रीय सुलह की दिशा में कार्य किए जाएं।

70. Notable arrangements this year are that Haj Committee of India (HCOI) pilgrims could avail of Train service in the Mashaer region, accommodation within the traditional boundaries of Mina, and Preloaded SIM cards to all Hajis in India itself etc.

इस वर्ष के दौरान की गई उल्लेखनीय व्यवस्थाएं हैं कि भारतीय हज यात्रियों को मीना-अराफात-मुजदालिफा के मुख्य हज क्षेत्र में मेट्रो रेल सेवा, मीना की पारंपरिक सीमाओं में आवास तथा सभी हाजियों को भारत में ही प्रीलोडेड सिम कार्ड (निशुल्क) की व्यवस्था का लाभ प्राप्त हो सकेगा।

73. After extensive discussions, the Haj Action Plan, new parameters and rates for accommodation for pilgrims during the forthcoming Haj 2006-II, air transportation arrangements, plan for preparatory activities in India and details of pilgrim facilitation program in Saudi Arabia were finalized.

व्यापक विचार-विमर्श के बाद हज कार्य योजना, आगामी हज 2006 - II के दौरान हज यात्रियों के लिए आवास हेतु नए तौर-तरीके और दरें, वायु मार्ग से परिवहन व्यवस्थाओं, भारत में तैयारी कार्य कलापों के लिए योजना और सऊदी अरब में तीर्थयात्री सुविधा कार्यव्रम के ब्यौरों को अंतिम रूप दिया गया ।

74. Surrounding these three Chambers is a four - storeyed circular structure providing accommodation for ministers , Chairmen of Parliamentary Committees , Party Offices , important offices of the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha Secretariats and also the Offices of the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs .

इन तीन चैंबरों के चारों ओर एक चार मंजिला वृत्ताकार इमारत बनी हुई है जिसमें मंत्रियों , संसदीय समितियों के सभापतियों , पार्टी के कार्यालयों , लोक सभा तथा राज्य सभा सचिवालयों के महत्वपूर्ण कार्यालयों और संसदीय कार्य मंत्रालय के कार्यालयों के लिए स्थान की व्यवस्था की गई है .

76. This financial support will be used by KMVN to purchase 2 air-conditioned coaches for transporting Yatris from Delhi to Tawaghat and back as well as for improving accommodation facilities for Yatris on the new route at Sirkha and Pangu.

इस वित्तीय सहायता का उपयोग कुमांऊ मंडल विकास निगम द्वारा दिल्ली से तवाघाट और तवाघाट से वापस दिल्ली के लिए यात्रियों के आवागमन हेतु 2 वातानुकूलित कोचों की खरीद तथा सिर्खा और पांगू में नए मार्ग पर यात्रियों के लिए आवास सुविधाओं के सुधार हेतु किया जाएगा ।

हालांकि चीनी पक्ष इस आधार पर वैकल्पिक मार्गों को खोलने में कठिनाइयां दर्शाता रहा है कि ऐसा करने से उनके इलाके में दुर्गम रास्तों से होते हुए लंबी दूरी तक यात्रा करनी पड़ेगी जहां पर सड़कों की दशा अच्छी नहीं है और आवास एवं संचार की समुचित सुविधाएं भी उपलब्ध नहीं हैं।

78. The scope of the scheme for upgradation of existing NIFT Campuses and implementing reservation for OBC students is to create additional infrastructure facilities at existing NIFT campuses, construction of additional class rooms, laboratories, hostel accommodation for students, purchase of machinery and equipments etc.

मौजूदा एनआईएफटी परिसरों के उन्ऩयन की योजना तथा अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग छात्रों के आरक्षण को लागू करने के संबंध में अतिरिक्त संरचनात्मक सुविधाओं को तैयार करने में मदद मिलेगी, जिनमें अतिरिक्त कक्षाएं, प्रयोगशालाएं, छात्रावास तथा मशीनरी और उपकरणों की खरीद शामिल हैं।

79. The State Governments of Uttarakhand, Delhi and Sikkim along with Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam Limited (KMVN) and Sikkim Tourism Development Corporation make logistical arrangements including accommodation, food, transport and porters on the Indian side for the Yatra.

उत्तराखंड, दिल्ली तथा सिक्किम की राज्य सरकारें, भारत-तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस (आई टी बी पी), कुमाऊ मंडल विकास निगम लिमिटेड (के एम वी एन) तथा सिक्किम पर्यटन विकास सहकार साथ मिलकर भारतीय भूभाग की यात्रा के लिए आवास, भोजन, परिवहन तथा कूली सहित संभारतंत्रीय व्यवस्थाएं करते हैं।

80. Water is a very sensitive subject in both our countries. But we have shown that, in a spirit of friendship and mutual accommodation, we can agree on cooperative arrangements based on the principles of equity, fair play and no harm to either party.

जल का मुद्दा हमारे दोनों ही देशों के लिए एक संवेदनशील मुद्दा है परंतु हमने इस बात का प्रदर्शन किया है कि मैत्री एवं पारस्परिक सामंजस्य की भावना में हम समानता, समान अवसर और एक दूसरे की भलाई के सिद्धांतों पर आधारित सहकारी करारों पर अपनी सहमति व्यक्त कर सकते हैं।
