1. 293 It should be remembered that it is for the applicants to adduce evidence enabling the Court to find that the Council made a manifest error of assessment as defined in the case-law (see, to that effect, Shanghai Teraoka Electronic v Council, paragraph 228 above, paragraph 119; Moser Baer India v Council, paragraph 228 above, paragraph 140 and the case-law cited; and Since Hardware (Guangzhou) v Council, paragraph 225 above, paragraph 137).
