Liability of director or officer of corporation 34 Where a corporation is guilty of an offence under this Act or the regulations, any director or officer of the corporation who directed, authorized, assented to, acquiesced in, or participated in the commission of the offence, is party to and guilty of the offence and is liable, on summary conviction to the penalties provided under this Act.
