With the exception of vaccinations, treatments for parasites and compulsory eradication schemes where an animal or group of animals receive more than three courses of treatments with chemically-synthesised allopathic veterinary medicinal products or antibiotics within 12 months, or more than one course of treatment if their productive lifecycle is less than one year, the livestock concerned, or produce derived from them, may not be sold as organic products, and the livestock shall undergo the conversion periods laid down in Article 38(1).

68. The regulation in force makes it necessary to obtain a Certificate of end-user for all exports of small arms and light weapons to a sensitive addressee or in transit, with the exception of firearms for the purpose of sports or hunting, to assure the Spanish authorities that the end-user is an element of the armed or security forces or other security related governmental entities; in those countries where private entities do not exist the final user must be one of the abovementioned entities.

Gemäß den geltenden Vorschriften ist für jede Aus- oder Durchfuhr von Kleinwaffen und leichten Waffen zu einem mit Sicherheitsaufgaben betrauten Empfänger eine Endnutzerbescheinigung erforderlich; ausgenommen hiervon sind die Aus- oder Durchfuhr von Schusswaffen für Jagd- und Sportzwecke. Annuls the decision of the Fifth Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) of 12 May 2016 (Case R 1206/2015-5) in so far as it refused registration of the word sign Windfinder for the goods and services at issue, with the exception of anemometers in Class 9 of the Nice Agreement concerning the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks of 15 June 1957, and of meteorological information, meteorological forecast, meteorological information services and the supply of meteorological information in Class 42 of the Nice Agreement;

Die Entscheidung der Fünften Beschwerdekammer des Amts der Europäischen Union für geistiges Eigentum (EUIPO) vom 12. Mai 2016 (Sache R 1206/2015-5) wird aufgehoben, soweit damit die Eintragung des Wortzeichens Windfinder für die streitigen Waren und Dienstleistungen abgelehnt wird; dies gilt nicht für die Windmesser der Klasse 9 im Sinne des Abkommens von Nizza über die internationale Klassifikation von Waren und Dienstleistungen für die Eintragung von Marken vom 15. Juni 1957 in revidierter und geänderter Fassung sowie die Wetterinformation, die Wettervorhersage, meteorologische Informationsdienste und die Bereitstellung von meteorologischen Informationen der Klasse 42 des Abkommens von Nizza.
