Pursuant to Article 2(7)(a) of the basic Regulation, normal value was established on the basis of verified information received from the cooperating producer in the analogue country, i.e. on the basis of the price paid or payable on the domestic market of Argentina to unrelated customers, since these sales were found to be made in the ordinary course of trade.

Gemäß Artikel 2 Absatz 7 Buchstabe a der Grundverordnung wurde der Normalwert anhand der geprüften Angaben des kooperierenden Herstellers im Vergleichsland ermittelt, d. h. anhand der Preise, die auf dem argentinischen Markt von unabhängigen Abnehmern gezahlt wurden oder zu zahlen waren, da die fraglichen Verkäufe den Untersuchungsergebnissen zufolge Geschäfte im normalen Handelsverkehr waren.
