The invention calls for porous membranes made of cellulose hydrate to be modified by cross-linking with diepoxides in such a way that their hydrophilic nature, high throughput and low protein adsorption remain unaffected by the modification and the modified membranes have an elevated resistance to alkalis, acids and cellulases and do not release pseudopyrogens.

Erfindungsgemäß wurden poröse Membranen aus Cellulosehydrat durch Vernetzung mit Diepoxiden so modifiziert, daß ihre Hydrophilie, ihre hohe Flußleistung und die geringe Proteinadsorption nach der Modifizierung erhalten blieb und die modifizierten Membranen eine erhöhte Beständigkeit gegen Laugen, Säuren und Cellulasen aufwiesen sowie keine Pseudopyrogene abgaben.

72. METHODS: Four collagen scaffolds were investigated in-situ in an ovine model after 8 weeks of omental implantation to assess their suitability with regards to integration and cellular infiltration for esophagus organ tissue engineering: (a) Acellular bovine pericardial collagen (BPC), (b) Acellular cross-linked (HDMI hexamethylene diisocyanate) porcine dermal collagen (PDC), (c) Porcine porous collagen (PPC) and (d) Bovine tendon dual-layered (type-1) collagen (DLC).

Kollagenpolymere: (a) Azelluläres Rinderperikard-Kollagen (BPC), (b) Azelluläres querverbundenes (HDMI Hexamethylen-Diisocyanat) Schweinehaut-Kollagen (PDC), (c) engporiges Schweinekollagen (PPC) und (d) zweilagiges Rindersehnen-Kollagen (Typ-1) (DLC).

73. Non-sulfate skin and hair cleansers that impart advantageous properties to the skin or hair and that produce a finely porous and creamy foam, comprise the following in a cosmetically acceptable substrate – on a weight basis - (a) at least one acylamino acid salt, (a) at least one alkyl polyglucoside and (b) at least one zwitterionic and/or amphoteric surfactant, wherein the ratio of components (a) : (b) : (c) is in the range of (0.1-1) : (1-3) : (0.1-5).
