1. 2 That question was raised in proceedings between the Hauptzollamt Hamburg-Jonas (hereinafter the Hauptzollamt) and LFZ Nordfleisch AG, successor in title to Nordfleisch GmbH (Nordfleisch), concerning the payment by Nordfleisch of the additional amount of 20% provided for in the second paragraph of Article 33(1) of Regulation No 3665/87.

2 Diese Frage stellt sich in einem Rechtsstreit zwischen dem Hauptzollamt Hamburg-Jonas (im folgenden: Hauptzollamt) und der LFZ Nordfleisch AG, Rechtsnachfolgerin der Nordfleisch GmbH (im folgenden: Klägerin), über die Zahlung des Zuschlags in Höhe von 20 % gemäß Artikel 33 Absatz 1 Unterabsatz 2 der Verordnung Nr. 3665/87 durch die Klägerin.

They are not therefore entitled to claim that they had a legitimate expectation that the amount of the aid would be maintained ( see paragraph 6 of the judgment of 1 February 1978 in Case 78/77 Firma Johann Luehrs v Hauptzollamt Hamburg-Jonas (( 1978 )) ECR 169, and paragraph 13 of the judgment in Amylum, cited above ).

Sie können sich daher nicht auf ein berechtigtes Vertrauen in die Aufrechterhaltung der Beihilfenhöhe berufen ( siehe das Urteil vom 1 . Februar 1978 in der Rechtssache 78/77, Lührs, Slg . 1978, 169, Randnr . 6; sowie das Urteil Amylum, a . a . O ., Randnr . 13 ).
