2. The IAF - IFA fosters cordial links with the whole anarchist movement in its fight against all forms and structures of domination (exchanges of information, solidarity, etc. ) and may invite its delegations to attend its sessions.

Weil sie die von Staaten auferlegte politische Geografie jedoch nicht anerkennt, ist sie dennoch mit der Bildung mehrerer Föderationen innerhalb des selben Territoriums einverstanden, vorausgesetzt, dass die bereits existierende Mitgliedsföderation der IAF-IFA keinen Widerspruch erhebt.
