1. Taking note of the preliminary report on persons with albinism submitted by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to the Human Rights Council at its twenty-fourth session,

2. Human Rights Watch believes that only an expanded Office of the High Commissioner, with a more extensive operational and field capacity, will be able to address the human rights challenges the U.N. faces.

4. Both parties of the conflict (the Saudi-led coalition and the Houthis supported by Saleh) have violated international humanitarian law and international human rights law, as reported by Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, and the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.
