1. 유엔 인권이사회는 반인도적 범죄의 책임이 있는 북한 지도자 및 정부 관리들을 궁극적으로는 재판에 회부할 수 있도록, 보다 강화된 책임 규명 메커니즘의 필요성에 대한 압박을 유지하는 결의안을 표결 없이 2018년 3월 23일에 채택하였다.

On March 23, 2018, the Human Rights Council adopted without a vote a resolution that maintained pressure on the need for advancing accountability mechanisms for the eventual prosecution of North Korean leaders and officials responsible for crimes against humanity.
