1. Several dermatoses may present with urticarial lesions, including erythema multiforme minor, Bullous pemphigoid, and dermatitis herpetiformis.

2. Diskussion: Wells' syndrome is probably more common than believed and should be included in the differential diagnosis of urticarial, morphea-like and bullous eruptions in childhood.

3. Clinical findings after accidental contact with the parasitic mite larvae include erythematous papules and urticarial plaques, to some extent with vesicular transformation, which can lead to excoriations due to the intense pruritus.
