1. Installation took less than 10 minutes (I purchased a replacement Agitator Bolt as well, Whirlpool part # 358237) as I just pulled off the cap (pried it off at the notch with a pocket knife), unbolted the old system, pulled the Agitator off, wiped the inside down with a damp washcloth (get rid of 15 years of "stuff"), push the new cam down and
