1. The purported “standardization” by the Greek Cypriot Committee is ultra vires, and void ab initio.

2. Similarly, the Court has declared a provision of the Royal Nepal Airlines Corporation Rules (1974) ultra vires.

3. The insurer may pursue, in accordance with the law, liability of the insurance agent that acted ultra vires.
