1. 28 Objective To discuss the therapeutic effectiveness of intrathecal injection plus needle and scalpel on strictured tenosynovitis of finger flexor tendon.

2. 2 Results:In 21 cases with urethral meatus stricture, 11 were dilated, 10 strictured segments were excised and reconstructed using pedicle island flap plasty.

3. Biliary Brushings are usually limited to strictured or clearly abnormal areas, and it is interesting that the entire biliary tree was sampled in this study
