1. Sizing of Cupolas: Use 1-1/4" inches of Cupola for every foot of unbroken roof-line

2. Bargeboard is exterior house trim, usually ornately carved, that is attached along the roof line of a gable

3. For 2 or 3 Cupolas use 1-1/2" and for 4 or more Cupolas use 1-3/4" of Cupola for every foot of unbroken roof line.

4. In Classical architecture, and even Neoclassical, a Cornice is the uppermost horizontal area that protrudes or sticks out, like moldings along the top of a wall or just below a roof line

5. Cockloft vents near the roof line in the front or side walls are an indication of its exact depth and presence in relation to the roof which may have side parapet walls

6. Cupolas often come equipped with windows and by adding one to the roof line of your pole barn, you are significantly increasing the amount of natural light that is able to make its way inside
