1. -Large Carious Lesions: Decalcification of the external surface of enamel in affected area if intact, white/gray with halo, likely to have a large cavitation, radiographically will appear large and radiolucent , should be treatment planned at dala collection--> phase 1 for caries cleanout and restorability check, this case is time sensitive!
