One variant of the invention relates to the use of this enzyme mixture with lipolytic, proteolytic and amylolytic activity, especially digestive enzyme mixtures such as pancreatin or digestive enzyme mixtures containing pancreatin, for the adjuvant treatment of Type I and Type II Diabetes mellitus.

The invention relates to the use of physiologically acceptable enzyme mixtures with lipolytic, proteolytic and amylolytic activity, of microbial or animal origin, but especially to the use of digestive enzyme mixtures such as pancreatin or digestive enzyme mixtures containing pancreatin, for treating diabetes.

4. Hence, the composition containing pancreatin as an active ingredient, according to the present invention, can be effectively used in an organic waste treatment process using an anaerobic digestion process.

5. The composition containing pancreatin as an active ingredient, according to the present invention, has the effect of enhancing hydrolysis efficiency and promoting the production of biogas in an anaerobic digestion process for organic waste treatment.

6. The inventive method for producing BAA consists in preparing the hydrolysate medium based on the hydrolysate of vegetable or animal protein component by means of fermentative hydrolysis carried out in two stages i.e. in acid medium using pepsin, and in an alkali medium using pancreatin.
