The technical features of the present invention relate to a readout integrated circuit for a touch screen, comprising: a touch sensor unit in which a plurality of touch sensors are arranged into a matrix with rows and columns inside or outside a touch screen panel; sensing blocks which sense electrical variations in each of the touch sensors, convert the sensed electrical variations into voltage values, and store the voltage values; a delta circuit unit which receives the difference between two voltage values stored in each of the two sensing blocks selected at a predetermined interval, and which generates delta (Δ) voltages; and an analog-digital converter (ADC) which converts the analog signal outputted by the delta circuit unit into an N-bit digital signal (where N is a natural number).
