It allows classification of seven anomalies of the head: tapered, thin, microcephalous, macrocephalous, multiple, abnormal or absent acrosome, abnormal postacrosome, three anomalies of the midpiece: cytoplasmic droplet, thin, bent, and five anomalies of the principal piece: absent, short, irregular, coiled and multiple.
