2. 25 Objective: To study the microanatomical characteristics and surgical significance of sphenoidal segment of cistern in lateral fossa of cerebrum (Sylvian cistern).

3. Beside the basic microanatomical research clinically important work was done on the pathomechanisms of hypoxia, acoustic and toxic trauma or damage of the inner ear.
