1. 15 As regards Folio 2006, the shipowners moved the Admiralty Court to decline jurisdiction in favour of the Netherlands court pursuant to Article 21 of the Brussels Convention relating to lis pendens or, in the alternative, pursuant to Article 22 on related actions.
