1. Cochleates are packaged lipidic structures, which are composed of negatively charged phospholipids in the presence of divalent counter ions such as [Ca.sup.2+] and not containing water in the internal phase.

2. Besides an evident weight-increase, they noted that the group which has been fed with fatty substances indicated a lipemia which was clearly superior to that observed in the controls, as well as an elevated lipidic Beta/Alpha coefficient.
