1. • Position and alignment of eyes (e.g., strabismus): use corneal light reflex test, cover-uncover test

2. The threshold luminance of the pupillary light reflex in the pigeon is about two times that of the periphery of the human eye.

3. Physical condition is normal. Ocular examination reveals defect of the accommodation and convergence. Near constriction of the pupil is absent while light reflex is normal.

4. At all levels of retinal degeneration the difference between threshold luminance of the pupillary light reflex in the dark adaptativ state and absolut sensory threshold was less than 10 times.
