1. On this occasion Syed Sardar Ahmed, the MQM's parliamentary leader in Sindh Assembly, told according to rules if any member points out lack of quorum the speaker will ring the bells for five minutes and then wait for fifteen minutes before Adjourning the session but the speaker adjourned the session when we were just preparing to move to the house.
