4. So a typical oversized street to nowhere is being narrowed, and now under construction, and the project is half done.

5. An elder who fully performs his ministry gives proper attention to all his responsibilities, leaving nothing neglected or only half done.

6. The old adage "well begun is half done" applies to strike strategy as well as to other activities. The first blow is often decisive.
