1. Applicants shall not possess any functional or structural disease of the renal or genito-urinary system or its adnexa which is likely to interfere with the safe exercise of the privileges of the applicable licence(s).

2. Among the conditions treated are dry mouth syndrome, verruciform xanthoma, achlorhydria, mucous cysts, oral submucous fibrosis, oral nevi, cancer of the oral mucosa, maloplakia of the genito-urinary tract, vulvovaginitis, helicobacter plylori infection, duodenal ulcers, peptic ulcers, conditions affecting the uterus and appendicitis.
