1. � New observer organizations requesting provisional admittance are listed in the annex to document FCCC/2010/II/OD/1.

2. The President proposed that the provisional agenda be adopted as contained in document FCCC/CP/2010/1, with the exception of item 6, which, in accordance with recent practice, would be held in abeyance.

3. The President proposed that the provisional agenda be adopted as contained in document FCCC/CP/2012/1, with the exception of agenda item 10, which, in accordance with recent practice, would be held in abeyance.

4. At the 1st meeting, on 28 November, the COP, on a proposal by the President, adopted the draft decision entitled “Issues relating to adjustments under Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Kyoto Protocol” (FCCC/SBSTA/2005/4/Add.1).
